Martin Woolley brings over 35 years of military, defence, and international training experience to Arcadia Cognerati. A former British Royal Navy Commander, he commanded two warships and two Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Diving Groups, specialising in Mine Warfare Clearance Diving and Counter-IED operations. He completed several operationally focused Staff Roles from two star to four star commands in London UK, Muscat Oman and Norfolk Virginia USA.
Following his Naval career, Martin worked closely with Greg and Shelly Williams to develop Advanced Maritime Situational Awareness training programmes and international Human Behavior Pattern Recognition and Analysis courses for the US Navy, NATO, and Greece.
He has delivered projects and training worldwide, including in the USA, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and across Europe, with a strong track record in business development, market expansion, strategic customer engagement, and the delivery of complex international programmes.
